These Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) describe the operational rules for using the Asset Payments SaaS platform (the “Service”), operated by Asset Payments Sp. z o.o. (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
These Terms of Service form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
The Service is a business-to-business software platform that receives webshop order data via webhooks and forwards such data to third-party systems, including CRM, accounting, fiscal, or management platforms, based on Customer configuration.
The Service may temporarily store data for processing and transmission purposes. No permanent storage or archival of Customer Data is provided.
The Service is available exclusively to business users acting within their professional activity. Use by consumers or minors is strictly prohibited.
Access to the Service requires account registration. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and all activity under the account.
The Customer must provide accurate and up-to-date business contact information. We may suspend access if false or misleading information is provided.
The Customer is solely responsible for configuring webhooks, APIs, credentials, and external system settings required for the Service to operate.
We do not monitor or validate the correctness of Customer configurations and are not responsible for failures caused by configuration changes, third-party system updates, or external service outages.
Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis, subject to the Terms and Conditions. Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period.
By linking a payment card, the Customer authorizes recurring monthly charges without re-entering payment details for each billing period.
A free trial may be offered with limited processing volume or functionality. Trial conditions are determined individually and do not guarantee continued service.
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary interruptions without prior notice.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, including in cases of non-payment, misuse, or legal risk.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all data transmitted through the Service is lawful, accurate, and processed in compliance with applicable laws.
The Customer acknowledges that automated processing decisions are based on configuration provided by the Customer.
All intellectual property rights in the Service remain the exclusive property of Asset Payments Sp. z o.o.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Liability is limited as described in the Terms and Conditions.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
