How to create an invoice?

It only takes a minute to create an invoice and send a link to your customer by email, in chat, SMS or an online messenger.

Enter customer details

Customer details will be automatically obtained from the CRM record, such as: first and last name (or company name), personal and legal address, phone number and email, which will significantly reduce the time to create a new invoice.
Default settings

Add goods and services

Manually complete payment description, the name of your product or service, payment amount and currency, or just add all Deal details by ticking a checkbox 'Add goods/services from a Deal'.

Set a notification method

Choose a preferred method to get notified about successful and failed payments (in-chat or by email). Determine the stage the Deal will be placed in once the payment is successful. Regardless from your personal settings, every payment notification will be available within a Deal feed.

Save, create and send

After saving the form, the application will create a new invoice with the 'pending' payment status, and will add a new feed item to the Deal. It will display the link on the screen or in a custom Deal field if you have one. It will create a pending payment in the list of transaction and will send the payment link to the customer via SMS or Email.

Block Funds

Reserve a payment amount on the customer's card for settlement in the future. You will have 7 days to capture or release blocked funds.

Split an invoice amount

A percentage of an invoice amount can be easily designated as a deposit and a remaining payment portion. Deal can advance to the next stage based on the amount paid. You can also designate a responsible party for each account.

Expiration date

You can set an expiration date for the invoice if costs of goods and services may change over time. The customer cannot make the original payment after the invoice is past the due date.
